A real family panadería since 1961 — four generations on Hildebrand. This study is how Satxly would build the site around the trays, not a theme.

The problem
Bedoy’s has been baking pan dulce in San Antonio since 1961. Regulars already know the Hildebrand counter. New people land on a site that does not show the day’s trays, the second location on Hillcrest, or whether a party order is still open.
English and Spanish both walk in the door. The public pages should too — hours, locations, and a menu that matches the case, not a leftover PDF.
The approach
The brief is the bakery that already exists: four generations, two counters, trays that sell through. Type as warm as the sugar paste. Photos of this bakery, not a stock kitchen.
A bilingual menu, both addresses, and weekend orders the counter can close when the last concha tray is spoken for.
What we made
Pages that work like the counter.
01Home that smells like the bakery. Warm type, a case photo, and the Saturday hours before anything else — so a regular knows if it is worth the drive.
02Bilingual menu. Pan dulce, bread, and the day’s board in English and Spanish on the same row. No second PDF. No “see Facebook.”
03Weekend order flow. Name, pickup window, tray notes. Staff can close orders from a phone when the last concha tray is spoken for.
04WordPress the counter can touch. Hours, photos, and sold-out flags without calling a developer on a Sunday.
The result
A site that looks like Bedoy’s: cream and clay, both locations, and a board people can read in the language they walked in with.
The Saturday rush still sells out. The site would say so first — before anyone leaves the house for Hildebrand.
If the trays are gone, the site should say so before they leave the house.
